Part A: Profile of the system
Part A: water –input profile.① Acid water output ②waste water output
③Valve of waste water④Alkaline water out put ⑤ tap water input ⑥ PH/ORP Tester
⑦Pressure -discharge ⑧ Magnetic valve for pressure discharge ⑨Air- discharge valve for the filtering

Installation

1. Prepare the water tank and the pump.
2. Tap water input connection
3. Connect the water tank and the plum to the system.

• A5 is the water inlet, which connects to the outlet of the pump.
• A4 is the outlet of the alkaline water
• A1 is the outlet of the acid water.
• A2 is the outlet of the waster water.

• The alkaline water is not very good when the system works 5 mintutes initially each time, and please turn on the A3 valve to discharge.

A7 is pressure discharge valve.
• If the water pressure is too high for the electrosis chamber, the A8 will turn on auto-matically and the water will be discharged by A7 outlet.

Attention:

• This system includes the control system of the water tank and the water pump, Make sure to prepare the water tank and the pump.
• If your requirement of alkaline water is not very high, you may not connect the A2 ( the waste water outlet); if you want to connect A2 to the pipe, the height of the A4 pipe shall be higher than A2’s location, otherwise, the waste water will not be discharged.

Electric Control System Connection

E 1 - Power supply cord of the whole system.
E3- Connection to the water level signal, connect the signal cord to the E3.
• For the installation of the signal switch, please refer to the instructions.
E4 - Joint to the pump,it connects the pump cord to the E4.

Special Test Instructions

Inspecting the System
• Check the voltage and the ground cord connection if correct
• Ensure that all related valves are turned on
• Place the D5 (Volt. Adj. )at the lowest
• Ensure tap water can meet the following requirements:
The PH is not less than 6.3
• The conductivity is between120us/cm to 30us/cm
• Working environment:
• Temprature: 5-40°C
• Humidity: ≦80%
• Inlet water temperature: 5-40°C
• Inlet water pressure: 0.1-0.25MPa
• Power supply: 220V/ 50A
• Ground cord is required, the resistance is 4Ω

How to start the System

1. After inspection, adjust the D5 as “0” and turn on the E1 ( air switch), the D2 will light up.
2. Press the “System Start” button, the D11&D10 will light up.
3. Turn on the inlet water valve and the pump, the D14&D13 will light up.
4. Turn D8 to Point A, for the meantime, reserve the flow meter and the D1 Am meter, then adjust the D5 voltage and the current can’t be over 150A.

When the flow rate is up to 3000 liters per hour, test the PH of the water, if it can meet the requirement, turn off the A2( the waste water –discharge valve).

If the desired pH level was met, it indicates that the system works properly.

How to Stop the System

1) Turn on A2 and adjust the D5 as “0”,then make the D8 in the middle.
2) Press D15 turn off the pump, then D13 light will be off.
3) press D12 to stop the system, then D10light will be off
4) Turn off the E1

During Operation
1. Follow the instructions strictly before operation。
2. While the system works about 4 hours, turn on A2 and adjust the voltage as “0” and discharge the waste water.
3. Then place the A8 to Point B and adjust the voltage to increase then turn off the A2.
4. After the system woks 4 hours at point B turn to A the same way, therefore 4 hours is a phase to point A &B.

Proper Maintenance
• Keep A-B working
• Keep the system clean
• Inspect the system frequently
• Extreme cold temperature protection needed
• Clean the system when not in use for several days.
• If it has not been used for long, please use the non-Aircompressor to blowdry
• Preserve the flow meter.
• Don’t turn off the flow valve completely
• The water press must not exceed beyond the proper work range

Common Situations

1. Alkaline and acid water inverts
What to do: Plug the wires inverts.

2. No variation of Voltage
